ALLIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

1. Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt
2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resell able condition.
3. Proof of purchase is required.                                                                                            NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:1. Customer orders or special request.                                                                          2. Consumable (unless faulty).                                          HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: Email us @tkcreativecrafts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We return instructions.                                                  REFUNDS: Refunds are processed within 5- 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.              RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
